Terms And Conditions For Trade
Before you use our service, you must read and agree to these
Terms and Conditions of use, including any future amendments.
You should periodically review the terms and conditions.
1. The Hangman, Curtain & Blinds may, at its sole discretion,
modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time,
and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.
2. Description of Service. The Hangman Curtain & Blinds
offers curtains, window blinds, curtain poles and other
similar products. It is a service available to UK residents
aged 16 or older only.
3. Acceptance of Terms. You agree to be bound by the terms
and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy
policy. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim,
expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred
by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions
set out in this agreement.
4. Copyright. All intellectual property of The Hangman,
Curtain & Blinds such as trademarks, trade names, patents,
registered designs remain the property of The Hangman, Curtain
& Blinds .You agree to respect the intellectual property
rights of The Hangman, Curtain & Blinds and will refrain
from reproducing, or exploiting for commercial purpose.
5. Delivery/Fitting. A delivery/fitting date will be agreed
subject to stock being available. The Hangman, Curtain &
Blinds will make its best endeavours to ensure the goods
are delivered/fitted by or before this date, but can offer
no guarantees for delays caused which are out of our control.
All goods must be paid for on delivery unless prior agreement
has been reached. All goods must be paid for within 14 days
of notification of the goods being ready for fitting/delivery
if the customer delays the delivery or fitting.
6. Card collection services. The Hangman, Curtain &
Blinds uses the services of Streamline Card Services as
one of its trusted providers of Credit and Debit card collecting
services. Streamline's terms and conditions as detailed
on their company website (at http://www.streamline.com)
and will apply to all transactions conducted through their
systems. .
7. Rights To Cancel and Return policy Our refund policy
does not apply to custom made or altered blinds and curtains
or cut length fabrics unless they are deemed faulty by The
Hangman Curtain and Blinds, where we will replace or rectify.
This is due to the products' bespoke nature and our inability
to resell. The Hangman, Curtain & Blinds reserve the
right to refund any monies received in relation to an order
and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent.
Or if we believe the information provided to be inaccurate
either deliberately or non-deliberately.
8. Severance. If any provision of this Agreement is held
to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be
struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in
force.
9. Guarantees. The Hangman, Curtain & Blinds provides
a 12 month guarantee on all its products. We will replace
or repair faulty goods at our sole discretion
10. Liability You agree that the liability of The Hangman,
Curtain & Blinds is limited to the replacement cost
of the goods ordered or any amount agreed and covered by
the public liability insurers of The Hangman, Curtain &
Blinds.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement will
be governed by the laws of England and any user of our services
hereby agree to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction
of English courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions
is found to be invalid by a court under such jurisdiction
that will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions
which will continue to have full force and effect.
The Hangman Curtain & Blinds offers a variety of payment
options
including, cash, cheques, debit cards and credit cards (3%
fee for credit cards)
